SOLTECH connects solar customers, qualified local EPC partners and investment capital. Our home market is the UAE, where we work under Shams Dubai and the DEWA framework. Outside the UAE we work the same way: with partners who are licensed and qualified in their own jurisdiction.
What SOLTECH does, and what partners do
The split is the same in every market, and it is the reason the model travels.
- SOLTECH. Generates and qualifies opportunities, analyses energy consumption, prepares preliminary feasibility and financial models, and coordinates the project through delivery.
- Local partners. Detailed engineering, regulated approvals, installation, commissioning and O&M are performed by appropriately qualified local partners, under the licences and standards of their own market.
- Capital. Buy & Own, ESCO and Co-Invest structures are assessed project by project, subject to legal, technical, regulatory and investment due diligence.
Who we are looking for
- EPC contractors licensed and enrolled with the local utility or regulator, with a delivered rooftop or ground-mount track record.
- Engineering consultancies able to sign off design and grid-connection documentation in their jurisdiction.
- Developers and asset owners with portfolios of commercial or industrial roofs.
- Investors and financing partners underwriting energy-services or co-investment structures.
Every partnership starts with a qualification step: licences, references, insurance and delivered capacity. We do not list partners we have not checked.
Where we work today
The UAE is the operating market: Dubai under Shams Dubai and DEWA, plus the other emirates under their own utility frameworks. Beyond the UAE we assess opportunities case by case and only with a qualified local partner in place. We do not claim coverage we cannot deliver.
